On the spot investigation: To investigate the customer's site and understand the customer's needs;
Scheme comparison and selection: analyze, compare and formulate paper processing schemes for customers' actual needs;
Technical cooperation: assist relevant design units in technical exchange, listen to the suggestions of customers and relevant departments, and improve products reasonably according to the actual situation when designing and manufacturing products to meet the reasonable requirements of customers;
Product planning: according to the specific paper processing requirements of customers, carry out the professional design of "tailor-made", so that customers can obtain economic investment.
2、 Service in sale
The sales representative shall sign the contract in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the state and strictly abide by the terms of the contract to perform the rights and obligations;
Provide customers with detailed equipment installation drawings (layout plan) and other information within the agreed time after the contract comes into force;
The engineering personnel shall strictly follow the national safety and quality inspection requirements, conduct quality supervision on each link of equipment manufacturing and assembly, and ensure the quality of equipment;
Service engineers provide customers with free professional and comprehensive product technical knowledge training, and can provide enterprises with comprehensive and high-quality services at any time;
All equipment shall be equipped with fixed bolts before delivery, and all certificates (product certificate, operation instruction, etc.) shall be complete before delivery;
The service engineer will complete the installation, commissioning and customer training of the equipment after delivery at a fast and high quality with the proper support of the customer.
3、 After sales service
With after-sales department, special line: 400-621-8884 to provide users with good after-sales service in time to ensure the safe operation of the system
The warranty period of the equipment shall be 12 months from the date of the equipment nameplate or subject to the contract. During this period, the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged equipment and parts due to quality problems shall be borne by Accor Machinery (Taicang) Co., Ltd. For the damage or replacement caused by wrong operation and improper use, the expenses incurred shall be borne by the customer. After the warranty period, the customer shall provide lifelong paid equipment repair, maintenance, relocation, modification and other services.
Establish user files to make the company well documented, master the operation of equipment, and regularly provide maintenance methods and precautions to users.
The service personnel call back once every three months, check the operation status of the equipment on site every six months, and provide reasonable suggestions to users;
After receiving the message of e-mail, fax or telephone service from the user, give a clear reply immediately. If the phone can't solve the problem, go to the user's site for equipment maintenance within 48 hours;
After the expiration of the warranty period, Accor Machinery (Taicang) Co., Ltd. will provide lifelong tracking service for the equipment and provide accessories and services at cost price.
